project goal: strengthen brand identity across (digital & physical) outreach channels by transforming the berkeley basic needs center’s unofficial mascot (a guanaco llama plushie) into a customizable mascot character.

key takeaway: the final design should be considerate of as many potential use cases as possible. this mascot is used by multiple teams and programs for marketing graphics, printed on various merchandise, and animated for video purposes.
